What is the average viewing per sale in SE19?

Just wondering on the average per sale viewings in my area, have been on the market for 8 weeks and had 4 viewings. Have had very positive comments on the house but would prefer more viewings! Also we have knocked £25,000 off the price for a quick sale.

  • The only way to find out is to contact the local council who would be able to give you an Idea on what year the house was built. You can contact them on http://www.derby.gov.uk/

  • It may be that the property is not being marketed effectively. it may be overpriced. If you wish you can contact me and we can undertake a free valuation and appraisal for you.

  • Very difficult market for buyers and sellers. We are looking to buy and are finding it really hard to find anything that is not overvalued. Yours may have sold by now but if it is a detached house and not sold, let me know, it might be what we are looking for.
