Only had one viewing in two weeks - should I panic?

House in London SE1 has been on the market for two weeks - only had one viewing, should I panic? I was told the majority of viewings would take place in the first two weeks on the market.

  • Don't panic! First point of call is to get the feedback from that one viewing, so you know what impression the viewers got of your property. Speak to your agent and ask them for their honest opinion. A lot of agents will only tell you what you want to hear, which certainly does not help!
