Selling a flat in london

I have a flat with a balcony at least 3x the size of anything else in the block. Means a more expensive price (hopefully) but can't get people to view...ideas??

  • Use an agent! You might think it 'self-serving' that as an agent I recommend using an agent but the truth is that it is very different top acheive top market values without doing so. Buyers buying direct from owners expect to get a 'bargain' price- much like you wouldn't pay the same price for a car on a strangers drive as you would from a car lot. In reality the (typical) fee of 1.5% is usually money well spent- and remember, you only pay them if they successfully sell it for you. There are also no upfront costs with normal estate agents (I use the word 'normal' as online agents are a very different set up with low fees but payment required upfront and no money back if they are not successful). Depending where your flat is we'd be happy to help and do free property appraisals so you have nothing to lose!
