  • Zoopla does not promote private listings but works directly with estate agents. It will also not be cost effective for you to market your own property. CENTURY 21 offers free market appraisals, can tailor a marketing plan to suit your needs and list your property on Zoopla and other property portals for you.

  • Hi, Zoopla do not currently allow private listings and therefore if you are looking to advertise on this site you will need to instruct a local agent who advertises on here to sell your property. You can search for an agent using the 'find agents' tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps and you are able to sell your property!
