How can I sell my good condition house with small bedrooms

I'm trying to sell my house to no avail. It's in excellent condition and been refurbished. It's offered at the asking price many agents suggest, and seems reasonable. However I'm often told the bedrooms are too small. There are 5 averaging about 10' x 10'. I don't really want the expense of combining rooms or to lose one. What can I do?

  • If you don't want to spend money making one or two rooms larger accept a lower price.
