How long should I expect it to take to sell my flat from time of putting it on the market in NW1?

  • How long is a piece of string? In NW1 a lot of buyers will be looking for a BTL, so less likely to be held up in a chain. If the price is right you should get some offers within a week, but be prepared for low offers. It will probably take a month for local searches and if the buyer needs a mortgage add a few more weeks of delay. If the whole process takes less than three months you are doing well.
