Refused a viewing as not Subject to sale?

We have been refused a viewing as our property is not subject to sale. Is this normal? I expect to be required to be on the market but Subject to sale?

  • Thats normal practice as the seller could not proceed untill you had sold yours, unless your not selling yours and funding it by other means then they should let you view
