How do I sell at auction?
My husband and I need to sell a rebuild property we have in Spain, at the moment it only has the structural base but we have had an architect draw and write a fully detailed plan of what the property can be built into and have also got planning permission for this to go forward. It would be ideal for a builder or there alike. If you can provide details of how much I'd have to pay to advertise and fee's etc. Kindest Regards Mrs Pauline Kipps

The best bet is to get a valuation from an auctioneer and go from there. It is a very simple and easy process but not always suitable for all house types etc. If you would like me to get an auctioneer to value it for you please call me as very happy to help

There are auction houses in London which will sell properties abroad you could try the below or try Mchugh. You could also try advertising in magazines such as A Place in The Sun
