Advice on selling quickly
I want to sell quickly and have no chain, property had been on market at £465000 but have just been offered £220000 from a quick sale company?

This quick cash buy company has offered you roughly 52% less for your property. Bear in mind if you were valued some time ago your house could be worth less, but get another two valuations from good local estate agents for an up-to-date valuation. If you want to sell fast and don't mind taking a knock on the price consider auctioning your property or just pitch it lower than similar houses in the area. Attractively priced houses do sell. I personally would advise you not to sell to such a company. Best of luck.

Yes, 52% off is too much. How desperate are you? Normally a property at £465,000 would take 18m-2y to sell. If I were you, I'd try auction (Kivell, Countrywide etc.) Don't set the limit any higher than £350,000.
