    My House is located in Peel Green Road - the Barton area - Trafford Park Shopping Centre is about 1 mile way and the motorway network is 5 mins away

    There are a few options open to you. I always think that the best way is to put your house on the market at a low price that will generate a lot of interest quickly - reposessions are a good example of this. They are priced to sell within 6 weeks and they very rarely struggle to sell, irrespective of the market. In fact, they often achieve more money than the asking price! Secondly, you could put it into Auction which is ideal if the property will appeal to cash buyers and is priced around 25% below market value to stimulate interest. Thirdly, you could try a 'houses for cash' company, but they are unlikely to pay you what you could achieve with the other two options.
