How long is a piece of string? Seriously though, if the property is marketed at a fair asking price, it should take 2 to 3 months to find a buyer if the agent is half decent and it is advertised on property portals/newspaper/for sale board. You should receive on average 2 or 3 viewings per month. If you havent had a viewing for over a month ... then you need to look at your price
