Part exchange due to downsizing
Some companies offer downsize deals on part exchange. I dont know how it works though, can anyone explain? I have a 4 bed detached which is now to big for us. We want a 2-3 bed house in general area of Abergavenny, with a large garden. Old or new, depends on garden size. Thanks

If you want either/ both the properties in Neath/ Abergavenny valued I would be pleased to help. You are more likely to get a better deal when buying if you have cash than if you seek to part exchange: that would be a deal breaker for most save some builders. If you want help with selling you should be able to find local agents in Neath off this site.
