There is no stamp duty to pay when selling a house, you only pay in certain circumstances when purchasing.

If you are selling you dont pay a penny.. stamp duty is for the buyer to pay.

Stamp duty is paid by the purchaser, not the seller. The below link shows all stamp duty rates.
