Why aren't apartments at the Wills Building, Heaton selling?

  • In a word, price, if you compare what is available in the nearby area for the same money you can buy a house and for 20-40k less you can have a flat, and not a small box flat with paper thin walls. imho, the wills building was never the "desirable address" the papers would have you believe. Small, noisy and comes with a service charge, nearby you can have, larger, quiter and no charges.

  • Wills is an unique development within NE7, which is an affluent area perhaps service charges 1500-2000 p.a however this complex is maintained second to none full time janitor window cleaning every month refuge emptied every day properties have no noise massive floor depth in a nutshell... I have lived in a semi detached dwelling divided into flats with no service charge and a garden I much prefer The Wills no hear of flushing of toilet chains, light switches, arguments re garden areas movement over floors shift workers you can relax and sleep with no noise within the wills I have bought twice from a 1 bed to a corner 2 bed Wills is Detached Living,,, Scheme second to none
