Why aren't apartments at the Wills Building, Heaton selling?

  In a word, price, if you compare what is available in the nearby area for the same money you can buy a house and for 20-40k less you can have a flat, and not a small box flat with paper thin walls. imho, the wills building was never the "desirable address" the papers would have you believe. Small, noisy and comes with a service charge, nearby you can have, larger, quiter and no charges.
