  • For a realistically priced house, 15 weeks seems to be about the average in Norwich. Depending on how you price the property that time-frame can increase or decrease significantly. If you need a quick sale, you can achieve "cash in the bank" within 7 days by using a specialist house buying company. The downside to this is that they would only pay 80% of market value. If you want the maximum price for your house in the shortest time I would recommend choosing 2 agents and signing up on a "multi-agency" agreement. This will put them into competition with one another and ensure you get their best efforts to find you a buyer.
