Terminating sole selling rights contract
A month ago signed up with an estate agent to sell my home, I have not received a copy of the contract, and in my opinion they are under performing. I have had very few viewings but on the ones I have had they have not fed back to me, I have had to chase ringing several times to get any feedback. They do not return my calls when wishing to discuss my property and how its going, are we at the right price, is the market slow etc etc. would there be grounds with these two issues in mind to terminate the contract and be able to go with another agent? Many thanks for any advice or views.
