I need advice on selling my property.

We have put our new build house on the market 3 months ago it is just under two years old- we are relocating for my partners job and need to move asap. We bought the house for £190,000 it is a three bed link detached with a garage and garden. We put in a shower over the bath and a paved patio- we have left everything neutral and magnolia- we have had 21 viewings in 3 months with two second viewings but only two low offers. what are we doing wrong? Our house is price less than the areas alleged inflation rise We do not want to drop it too much as if we do we will wipe out our deposit, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Hanna

  • Ask your Agent to ensure the map and street-view shows your property rather than one several streets away might help. On the other hand, it's a Barratt hutch, they depreciate fast and no matter what you may read prices are not rising.
