  • An estimate by a suitably qualified person such as a surveyor of what the house is worth. There is no 'one true value', the valuation depends on context.

  • Hi there, A house, or property, valuation is when an agent gives a value, or approximate sale price, for your home. It takes into account factors like location, property type, and number of rooms. You can use our valuation tool to see what your home is worth, or contact a local agent who'd be happy to do it for you! We've included a link to our tool at the bottom. Many thanks, Dan

  • This can be interpreted very differently by people in the property industry and is usually a lot lower than what the typical home owner would expect.
