There are companies who will sell your home with the purchaser paying all of the fees. We are one these companies, have a look on my profile for details and our website. There are others as well just make sure you deal with only regulated quick sale companies, there are some cowboys out there. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can advertise it in the paper, on GumTree, Loot etc. (Unfortunately you can't use Rightmove or Zoopla - they only accept agents), and then do all the viewings yourself. Many people do this - and do their own board in the garden, often listing the price as well, which is something I think agents ought to do.
