Can a seller and a buyer have the same conveyancer?

Though, not advisable, there is not law barring this from happening. As long as the interests are established and separate. More common practice is having the same firm, but different individual dealing with each party.

The answer is Yes, you can both us the same firm so long as 2 different conveyancers are acting.
