How best to get a quick sale in Rochdale?
I have a 3 bed ex-council property in Rochdale which has been modernised and had a conservatory added along with other features (real wood flooring, jacuzzi bath etc) large back garden. It was on sale at £89,950 but I have reduced it to £84,950 for a quick sale as I need to move reasonably soon and don't really want the hassle of renting it out. What's the best way to maximise my chances of a sale without dropping the price too much?

Speak to your agent, get friendly with them ask them for their honest opinion Let them have a key to do viewings, have the house light and bright and the minimum amount of clutter as possible. When you do get offers make sure the buyer has a good deposit mortgage agreed and a good solicotr in place, ultimatley it is a price driven market.
