Can you tell me by how much do you think being located next to a petrol station takes off the value of your home?
Please can you tell me by how much do you think being located next to a petrol station takes off the value of your home? the station in question runs to the side of the house but cannot be seen due to conifers that act as a barrier. The forecourt is around 50m away but there are no other houses betwqeen us and the petrol station. By how much do you think this effects the house price and saleability?
