  • You could either put a new kitchen in to sell, or knock the price off and let a buyer sort it out. Kitchens are a personal choice, so a buyer might prefer a new kitchen of their choosing. I have seen houses with new kitchens that I would rip out and replace, either because they are not what I would choose or they are cheaply/badly done. Don’t think of it as losing money on the sale price, think of it as money saved not having to put a new kitchen in that might not necessarily sell the property.
