How much does it cost to sell a house?

Am in North Lincolnshire and have a house with a redemption figure of about £80k on it, looking at what to put it up for for a quick sale but also wanting enough to cover costs.

    Agents will charge you a percentage of the value and a lawyer will charge you a fixed fee - roughly proportional to the value. Agent fee between .5 and 2.5% and lawyer fee depends on whether you want a good service or wnat to use an internet bucket shop.
