  • Hi, Zoopla is a property portal that only allows listings from estate agents, therefore if you are looking to advertise your property on here you will need to list it with an estate agent who advertises on here. You cans search for local agents in your area using the 'find agents' tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hi saunaman, In order to sell or let out a home on the Zoopla website, you need to be registered with an agent first. Zoopla will not allow you to list homes privately in either market. Getting an agent has many advantages, however. If you are selling, they will deal with many of the legal things you might not be aware of to make sure your sale is all totally above board and legitimate, stopping issues from coming to the fore further down the line. When it comes to letting, an agent can be priceless in helping you deal with deposits, listings, viewings and even the drawing up of tenancy agreements, among other issues. Many thanks, Scott
