If you could sell your house without paying an agent a fee....
...would you do it? Would you go it alone and take the risks on the chin or would you still want a qualified advisory service to help you through the process?

Yes, as I think the amount you have to pay is ridiculous.

Hello you can by all means sell your property without paying an agent fee. However have you got the advertising on Zoopla etc. The reason I ask is that in reality 94% of buyers see their next home online on the major websites and portals and as a private seller you do not have access to this so although it is possible, are you limiting your audience?
