  • Yes, you can set a reserve price that no one else but yourself and the auctioneer will have knowledge of.

  • Yes you can. Do make sure you are aware of all costs involved, whether your property sells at auction or not.

  • Can I ask, is there a particular reason why you want to sell at auction? The reason I ask is that in my experience (13 years in agency) you do tend to get less than market value for a property. Not always the case (sometimes can sell for more than market value!), but generally it's less. You would get more on the open market. I am Simon, we cover you area and charge just £399 to sell properties. Let me know if you need any help.
