I have an eviction notice

What options have I to sell and rent my property back within 4 days? Eviction on 28/07/11.

  • Within 4 days unless someone goes to the court proves to the Judge they have the money to buy the property no chance at all. Sell and rent back is only available if you have at least 20% equity in the property. There are other options but i would say you have left it to late.

  • Oh you poor thing, I hope you managed to find some help in time. There are many companies who will buy your home for cash very fast, they don't pay well but it would hopefully get you out of a jam.

  • If you have equity in your property and (you dont say either way) you can always go back to the Judge and ask for more time ie you are selling the property either through an auction or private, this way you will get a better price than of any sell and rent back company who are only their to rip you of. They will offer between 30 and 40% of the market value making money out of your misery. If you have negative equity then the choice is yours you have nothing to lose only the lender does and any shortfall they will pursue you for the debt for up to 12 years. The only other option is there is a company that deal with people in negative equity and stop you being repossessed right up until the last minute if you want details let me no
