  Hi - it's a great idea. Step 1 - take good photo's of your house Step 2 - get a realistic valuation (use Zooplas free home valuation tool, get a hometrack report (£20) of you can get a RICS Valuation done (E.Surveyors) are good and competitive. Once you know the market price you can hcoose where you want to position your price. Step 3 - Start Marketing online (Gumtree, Houseladder, Viva Street) are all good &offline (Local Newspapers Classified Ad Sectio & put a sign outside as well) Step 4 - Vet Buyers Step 5 - Get solicitors involved Step 6 - handover keys.
