Yes you can auction your house. Have a look at the link I have added below for some information on auctioning property. You should be able to find auction houses near you by doing a quick Google search. Another quick way to sell is a cash house buying company, but they will only pay up to 60-70% of the value of your property.

Here's a list. Seel & Co are good, they are on Homes Under The Hammer regularly. Make sure the auctioneer uses RM/Zoopla etc. Auctions are usually £200-£300 to enter and another £1500-£1800 if it sells. The auction company will advise the appropriate reserve.
