How much value would a set-up holiday let add to my property value?
I have p.p. to convert a self-contained separate building, currently used as a large teenagers' den to one-bed holiday accommodation (lounge/diner/kitchen with one en-suite bedroom). How much value is it realistically likely to add to a three bed detached house close to Truro but rural in feel and no near neighbours, given the current market? Or would I do as well selling just with the planning permission without doing the work?
