Missing the Lease in Lease Hold property

What's problem if the Lease is missing for a Lease Hold Property ? Can it sell out ?

  • If you want a reasonable answer you need to frame your question properly. I can only guess what you mean by this question. The Freehold and Leasehold details will be held by the Land Registry, you can obtain these by paying a small fee. That will at the very least tell you who the registered owner is. Both the Freeholder and the Leaseholder should have a copy of the lease. If there is a mortgage then the bank or BS involved will have a copy.
