Estate agent does not attend viewings so want to pull house off market, how do I stand? Do I still have to pay fees if I sell through another agent?

  • Hi, Your current sole agency contract would have been signed for an agreed number of weeks, which means you during this time if a buyer is introduced through another agency as you could be liable for two agency fees. Consault your agreement to clarify the postion and if you are out of the agreed period of time you are free to instruct another agent. Hope this helped..
