Can you tell me the cost implications of this? Thanks.

  • Depends on the estate agent but they all require up front marketing fees ranging from £250 upwards in most cases. Some will do an "all in one" deal for a fixed fee of between £500-£1000(could be more with some) which includes the home report and marketing fees: shop around the estate agents and see who is offering the best deal. Good luck, you'll need it!

  • Hi, it totally depends on what forms of advertising you are looking for. Zoopla as well as other online property portals currently don't accomodate private listings and therefore in order toa dvertise on Zoopla you would need to instruct a local estate agent. In terms of other advertisements there are avenues such as a local press etc which prices will vary depending on how large your advertisement is etc. We hope this helps.
