Shared ownership houses as neighbours

I am struggling to sell our house - really positive feedback, deliberately priced 15k below appraisal value. Only feedback we get is that there are 8 housing association houses on our street. We are completely sheltered from them, and have never had a problem, but it seems to be putting buyers off. Any suggestions?

  There’s not much you can do about who your neighbours are, any more than you can change people’s preconceived ideas about things, or prejudices. You probably just need to be patient until you find the right buyer, keep reassuring viewers as you have been doing.
