Choosing an Agent - lowest price or best service?

What criteria do you use to choose an Agent to sell your property?

  • As an agent our customers want both. However the best Business is done when the agent provides a good service and charges a reasonable fee.

  • As an agent not a million miles away from your previous respondant, I would agree it is a mixture of the two. Rather than lowest price, I would say "best value for money" our offices recieve many instructions from sellers who have tried low fee agents only to discover their service levels mean it is a false economy and a waste of time. Why begrudge an agent and extra half a percent if they introduce your property to many more potential buyers which ends up in a higher sale price along with a much more pleasant selling experience.
