Living next to an electricity substation.
Hello, I found a property that I really like, but with an electricity substation next to it, I have been told that its price can be dropped too much once I would like to sell it, (and the price that am paying for it is now cheap because of this problem) (the price of this property is £126,000). I'm not sure if I should proceed or not. I have to give my final answer to the solicitor by Monday 2/11/09. Do you think that such characteristic could be an issue if I want to sell it? Many thanks
