  As long as the property is presented well is priced correctly then you will be able to sell. I've had several instances recently where buyers have been fighting for a well price property.

  It all depends on how you are selling your property for and other comparables are on the market. It's really an open ended question.

  How difficult would it be to sell a property situated on the motorway (A40) on the Tewkesbury Road part of it? It is indeed very noisy.
