Selling a property this is currently rented out.
What sort of price do you think I could get for my 3 bedroomed detached house in Cedardale park, Widnes - has a detached garage which is converted to another bedroom. Presently rented out - we are living in Spain so want to know what sort of price we could put it on market for and also what sort of time do you "think" it would take to sell. Thank you

How long is a pice of string ....!!!! The best way to ge a quick price is to update the Zoopla info on your house and it will give you a market estimate and show trends of yours and similare houses. The current (Sept 2010) Cedardale Park Zed-Index! is £205k ,but the range is wide (£120k to £255k) so get yours updated to get a better more accurate price.
