  • Do you mean can you sell privately on Zoopla? Zoopla only allows agents to list properties on their site, not private landords - so if you wanted your property to appear on any of the bigger portals you would need to go through an agent. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, If you are wondering if you can sell your property privately without an estate agent then yes, you can. However there are a variety of different things you will need to consider when selling privately. We recently blogged about this issue and why it's always best that you use an estate agent. Our blog may help you decide on your options http://www.peterheron.co.uk/news/127/why-use-an-estate-agent-at-all/ As well as the facts stated in the previous answer that if you are wanting your property to show up on the major portals such as Zoopla & Rightmove you will need to list with an agent who is a member of these sites. We hope this helps and that you are able to sell your home.

  • Usually the motivation to sell privately is to save money on estate agent fees. Basic economics tells us that if you want to get the best price for your house you need to present it to the largest number of potential buyers possible. So where are all the buyers? Here on Zoopla Property Group. As previously stated, these portals do not take private listings and as such you need to go via an estate agent, you can find one here, http://www.zoopla.co.uk/find-agents/
