In a falling market you find many people rush to sell before prices fall too far, or people are up-sizing and cashing in on the price falls. I don't know if there is any other reason in this particular area, unless there is a lack of work and people are moving with new jobs.

Basically, am unsure as to why people are transiant in this area... these bungalows are worth considering though - origianlly build for RAF top personal - they come with bigger than normal accommodation. The whole are is quiet and beautiful - if you like remote than this place and the homes would be ideal You will need a car (no garages.) NB: Rendlesham is similar in its location: Quiet but with bargains.
