What's the Chiltern Railways service like into London?

Does it normally run on time? How often are there cancellations? Can you get a seat?

  Fight for a seat at peak hours. Normally pretty punctual; unless it gets stuck behind a lumbering met line.

  In my experience most of the trains running from Princes Risborough to London run on time and there is plenty of seats available.
