Should I consider buying a home near Chetwode if the HST2 is coming to disrupt rural life??

  • As an investment, it could potentially bring more people to the area which could mean higher employment, which in turn could increase property rental and residential values.

  • Of course! HS2 will hardly disrupt rural life at all unless it's passing by a few metres away. As it stands, the only thing that'll be affected are house prices, which will make it cheaper to buy a a bigger house :-)
