Why do not all sold transactions appear on this website

I am aware that certain properties have sold but do not appear on site. I know of one particular house that sold about a year ago and is still stated as last sold in 1994?

  Sometimes it takes a few months to show on the internet that could be the reason. keep checking and if you want to know you maybe able to contact land registry if still not showing
