As Zoopla point out a lot, it's an estimate, not a valuation. They've estimated based on past sale prices; the type of property; the additional information you've provided about it and tried to relate that to how other properties in the area have sold. So if your property sold relatively recently (few years or so) and other nearby property has also been sold, I'd say it's probably in the right ballpark. However, to get an accurate answer you'll need to get some estate agents round and ask them to provide you with a valuation. At the end of the day though, the only "true" valuation is the sale price, as that is what someone is actually willing to pay for the property.
