  • Hi Charles, In order to do this and list your property on Zoopla, you will need to get a letting agent. Zoopla does not allow private landlords to list their properties on the website, but if you are working with a letting agent - for a fee - then they can list your property on the site for you and you will be able to advertise on here. Agents have many great benefits as well as this though, so it is worth considering getting one on board if you are letting out any property. They can deal with things like building the perfect online ad, pitching the price at the right level thanks to experience, dealing with viewings and applications and even drawing up the tenancy agreements and processing applications. As a landlord, this will make your job a lot easier, and you will also have the peace of mind that everything is being done correctly. Many thanks, Scott

  • Hi. If you want to advertise your commercial property on sites such as zoopla and rightmove, you have 2 options, the first is via a high street agent/commercial agent and the second is via an online letting agent. Unfortunately you cannot advertise directly on either of these property websites. You probably are well aware of what a high street agent does, so I won't bore you with that, but an online agent is a really good cost effective alternative. Essentially, you provide the online agent with your photographs and description, and they advertise it on zoopla, rightmove etc for you and send you tenant leads. You then show the tenants round, and take the lead forward. At The Online Letting Agents, we charge £189+vat for advertising commercial properties for up to 6 months. For residential properties it is cheaper and works slightly differently - feel free to visit our website for more information. It's really simple and lets you keep control over your rental. I'd be happy to chat with you about it if you want more information. Thanks, Eleanor

  • Hi, I like shops to let, however I only require 1.5 bedroom. Would you consider retaining 0.5 bedroom?
