Hastings, does this area flood and where?

Is Hastings prone to flooding and which areas are concerned? Is Hastings a safe place to live for a disabled pensioner?

  Please check www.homecheck.co.uk to see how prone Hastings is to flooding. It was a run down coastal area with not much going for it. It does seem to be on the up though it is a cheap place to live for the south coast so will always attract some undesirables!
