How long before sold house price is shown.

Thinking about selling but would like to know how much similar property sold for in same street.

  It will only be logged with the land registry once it has completed, i.e when new occupants have moved in.........then it will be about two weeks thereafter that it shows up on sites!

  The Land Registry releases sold figures about six months after completion.
