Enquiry regarding listing on Zoopla without being an estate agent

I have about 20-25 properties to sell and the same number to rent. I want to advertise these. I am not registered as an estate agent and want to know if there is a way I can advertise these properties on Zoopla without registering as an estate agent.

  • You need to have your properties listed with an agent on Zoopla as they pay for the advertising. You can contact agents to find out about their services.

  • UPAD are the cheapest online agents. They can advertise on all property sites via their agency.

  • Hi, Zoopla only allow for estate agents to advertise here. therefore if you do want to list your property on Zoopla you would need to instruct an estate agent who advertises here to sell your property. You can search for local agents who advertise on Zoopla using the "find agents" tab at the top of this page.
