  • Usually agents will give this number if a house is advertised. You can contact them and ask if they provide these details. At the bottom of the screen press 'Contact us' and ask if this is something they do.

  • The information is available to the majority of agents but not easy for the public to access. Sites like rightmove supply statistics to member agents, who if they are switched on should be using them in the management of your house sale. They should therefore be readily available if you ask them.

  • Hi, ask your estate agent for your 'click rate' for a particular website. There are different rates for different aspects of the site. I asked for mine just a couple of days ago and got it from them over the telephone. I love the most popular section on Zoopla website as this is their own version of the 'click rate'. I would get too hung up over the click rate because if other people are anything like myself I click on anything and everything just browsing the market even when I know I can't afford the property. Anyway good luck with selling!

  • It is easy to get stats from Zoopla and we email our clients every week. It gives you an idea of how many people have viewed online. If you are getting lots of hits of the website but no viewers ask your agent to review your pictures/price/
